📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in our kitchen, following recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure we always have the ingredients we need.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales targets and maintain high standards of food quality.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register accurately.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the dining area to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including food trays and kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Friendly, approachable attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
