In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the plating and etching processes in our state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the plating and etching processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.,Monitor and maintain the performance of equipment and machinery, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.,Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.,Proven experience in plating and etching processes, with a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing technologies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and processes is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
