Pharmacist in Charge of Production - Pharmaceutical Industry (Mojokerto, East Java)

As a Pharmacist in Charge of Production, you will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

In this role, you will work closely with our production team to ensure that all processes are carried out according to the highest standards. You will be responsible for conducting quality control checks, managing inventory, and ensuring that all documentation is up to date and accurate. You will also be involved in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to carry out their roles effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the production process to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products.
• Manage inventory and ensure that all materials and supplies are available and properly stored.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action plans to address any quality or safety issues.
• Ensure that all documentation, including batch records and deviation reports, is accurate and up to date.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to carry out their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and production, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in a similar role.
• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical production software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
