📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular asset audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and maintain asset records using SAP or similar software.
• Manage the lifecycle of assets from acquisition to disposal, ensuring optimal utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address asset-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on asset performance and compliance to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Train and mentor junior staff on asset management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of asset management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in asset management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
