📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in daily merchandising tasks, including inventory management and product assortment planning
- Analyze sales data using Excel and SAP to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support the visual merchandising team in creating engaging and appealing store displays
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in retail merchandising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in store audits and inventory counts to maintain accurate records
- Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies and initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our retail operations and processes
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or a related role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and SAP for retail merchandising purposes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
