📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop blockchain-based solutions for various business applications, including but not limited to, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and tokenization systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technology into existing systems and processes.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for blockchain adoption and implement best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, advancements, and regulatory developments to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant.
• Mentor and train team members on blockchain technology, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Optimize blockchain networks for performance, scalability, and security, leveraging tools like Hyperledger, Ethereum, and Corda.
• Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and hackathons to network with peers and share knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in blockchain technology and distributed ledger systems.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying blockchain solutions for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development.
• Familiarity with blockchain platforms and tools such as Hyperledger, Ethereum, and Corda.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Certifications in blockchain technology, such as Certified Blockchain Professional (CBP) or Certified Ethereum Developer (CED), are a plus.
• Indonesian citizenship or permanent residency is preferred.
