General Nurse (Inpatient - 5th Floor)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensuring patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols and guidelines.
• Documenting patient care and treatments accurately and promptly.
• Assisting with patient education and support, including teaching patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Participating in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining a clean and organized patient room, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Providing emotional support and compassion to patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Nurse in a hospital setting.
• Professional certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the Indonesian Nursing Board.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Medis or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in Indonesian language, both spoken and written.
