📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for the restaurant.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely restocking.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
