📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and development opportunities,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy,Coordinate with head office for promotions, training, and other initiatives,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
