📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the mechanical design process from concept to production, ensuring high-quality and efficient designs.,Develop and maintain design standards and best practices for the engineering team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Troubleshoot and resolve design issues, and propose innovative solutions to improve product performance.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mechanical design.,Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all design activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on SolidWorks and AutoCAD.,Proven track record of successful mechanical design projects.,Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with other CAD software such as Inventor or CATIA is a plus.,Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required.
