Trust Recruit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the hospitality, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and venue sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the local market. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hotels, resorts, event planners, and corporate clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and mentoring.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our services.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the hospitality and MICE sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, MICE, or venue sectors.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Bali.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
