📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Control inventory and ordering to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
