📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, following all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplining as necessary.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Monitor sales and expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the foodservice industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience required.,Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
