• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the beauty tech and medical aesthetics industry.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent performance and growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market penetration.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Represent Trust Recruit at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role in the beauty tech or medical aesthetics industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Deep industry knowledge and understanding of the beauty tech and medical aesthetics market in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
