📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor and maintain quality standards for all products.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.,Implement and enforce safety protocols in the production area.,Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee production and quality standards is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred but not required).,Willingness to travel and work in different shifts.
