Up Smart Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Procurement Staff to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement needs and goals.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and risks.,Prepare and present regular reports to management on procurement activities and performance.,Train and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
