Town Up Group is looking for a Lead IT Support to manage and oversee the IT infrastructure and support team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure and support team,Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT issues,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks,Train and mentor IT support staff,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth IT operations,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus,Leadership and team management experience is a plus
