📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to understand their needs and provide solutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.,Monitor client performance and provide feedback and support to improve outcomes.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client interactions.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance our services and offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and other business-related activities.
