📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Train and supervise F&B staff to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Ensure that the F&B area is clean and well-maintained.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall service strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the F&B service industry.,Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.,Knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene standards.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Good understanding of customer service principles.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
