Daily, you'll be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, and addressing any concerns they may have. You'll also be tasked with cleaning and preparing cabins for the next guests, using our state-of-the-art housekeeping equipment and following our strict protocols to ensure a spotless environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, using our in-house Property Management System (PMS).
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of cabins, using our housekeeping equipment and following our cleaning protocols.
• Inspect cabins for any damage or maintenance issues, reporting them to the maintenance team.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or housekeeping industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with housekeeping equipment and cleaning protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
