Oriental Logistics Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant – Taiwan Representative to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will play a crucial part in representing our company in Taiwan and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between our Indonesian and Taiwanese partners. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of logistics projects between Indonesia and Taiwan.,Maintain and update our client database and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, conferences, and events.,Provide administrative support to the Taiwan Representative and other team members.,Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.,Support the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or international business sector.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with a good understanding of Mandarin or Taiwanese would be an advantage.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid SIM (Student Immigration) or work visa for Taiwan is a plus.
