📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities,Coordinate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders,Train and mentor junior accounting staff,Manage the accounting budget and ensure efficient use of resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
