Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring that they are motivated and productive.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.,Ensure that our company's objectives are met and that our team is working towards achieving these goals.,Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our team's work aligns with the company's overall objectives.,Attend and participate in team meetings and other relevant events.,Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel is a plus.
