📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for Root Prime Nusantara and its clients.
  • Create marketing materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure the continued growth and success of the team.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the marketing department by providing creative and innovative design solutions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
