Hapag-Lloyd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Coordinator to join our TM Uptake Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the uptake of our services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the uptake of Hapag-Lloyd's services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.,Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or customer service industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including cargo handling, transportation, and warehousing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
