📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.,Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct store audits and implement improvements to enhance store performance and profitability.,Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are optimized.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the store.,Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure consistent brand standards and retail practices.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail best practices and trends.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and retail industry is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
