Tech Gold Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.,Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.,Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market trends.,Manage client expectations and communicate progress and updates effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technology-related industry.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.,Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
