📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and bread products.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.,Ensure that all pastries meet our high standards for quality and taste.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily production targets.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure that our pastries are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the pastry industry.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure that they are up-to-date with our standards and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in preparing and baking a variety of pastries.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Creative and innovative approach to pastry preparation.
