📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales using tools like Google Merchant Center and Facebook Business Manager.
• Manage seller relationships, providing support and guidance to ensure they meet marketplace standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to boost product visibility.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketplace operations.
• Assist in the development of new features and initiatives to enhance the seller experience.
• Provide training and support to sellers to help them maximize their sales potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
