IRIS Unggul is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Jambi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, handling customer transactions, and ensuring a smooth cash handling process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales operations and ensure targets are met.,Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate cash records and ensure proper cash handling procedures.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or cashier role.,Proven track record of meeting sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of basic accounting and cash handling procedures.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
