Leading and managing a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.,Recruiting, training, and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use and cost-effectiveness.,Ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.,Providing regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate or similar setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
