• Lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial statements, ensuring adherence to GAAP and IFRS standards.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank statements and other financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience in tax planning and compliance, including familiarity with Indonesian tax laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
