📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Support the procurement manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Attend and participate in procurement-related meetings and events.,Provide administrative support to the procurement department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
